First mover to web 2.0 is gone, so now you must be a fast (and smarter) second. Leverage your online interactions to get you more, not less, offline contact with your key contacts.

And most of all, don't be afraid to try something new. Tried and trued can also mean been there, done that, if you're not careful.</description>
